On October 27, 2020, the Gold Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to take public testimony regarding an application for a Major Site Plan Review and Variance request asking for relief from standards from the table found in the City of Gold Municipal Code 17.20.110.A (Land Uses Permitted in the R-2 zone) which states that single family detached housing is allowed, and duplexes are allowed but not three family housing nor multi-family housing, for property located at 420 1st Avenue, Gold Hill Oregon.

The previous approval has been rendered null and void, according to Gold Hill Municipal Code 17.96.010.

The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Gold Hill City Hall, 420 6th Avenue, Gold Hill, Oregon.
