The City of Gold Hill Council will meet in the Council Chambers, 420 6th Avenue. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. 2.1 A Hearing to accept public testimony and consider a request for a two lot partition, Partition 2022-01. The request is asking that the City approve a tentative partition application for property identified as 36-3W-21AA Tax Lot 2010.  Owner/Applicant: Turner Family Trust.

        2.3A Hearing to consider an access easement request at property identified as 36-3W-14 Tax Lot 400.Recommendation to City Council regarding access easement request across City owned property.  The request is asking that the Planning Commission recommend approval to the City Council regarding a request to grant an access easement across property owned by the City identified as Map Number 36-3W-16DC Tax Lot 100.  The applicant is planning to develop a residence on property in the County identified as Map Number 36-3W-14 Tax Lot 400.
